What's the better next step

What's the better next step

Hi.

I’ve been doing newbie routine for a month now:

5min warm
10min manual stretch
10min dry jelq
5min warm

On a 2/1 daily basis.

My question now is, which is better. To raise the amount of minute from 10 to 15 or to raise the number of on days to 3/1?

I’m not sure I wanna do both at the same time. I figure it’s best to change one variable at a time ?

It will depend upon what your goals are.
If you are looking to focus on Length … you should increase the time and intensity of your manual stretches
If you are looking to focus on Girth … you should increase the jelqs … and possibly experiment with Uli’s or Horse440s

Pay close attention to what seems to be working for you, and what sort of routine will keep you motivated to maintain the consistency that is necessary for success.

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Printman is on the right track, but after only one month, I would be very hesitant to recommend advanced girth exercises.

I would probably recommend adding a second set of stretching during the day. If you exercise in the morning, add a second stretch in the evening with a warmup. I think stretching is overall very safe and something you can increase after a month.

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

I would advise doing both, if I had to pick one though then I would increase the duration of the exercises.

I think the newbie routine tells you what to do. Continue to gradually increase the number of jelqs until you are doing 30 minutes in a session, still at 2 days on 1 day off. Same thing basically with stretching.

I have been PE’ing for a longer time.. It just hasn’t worked yet so I’m trying again from scratch.

I don’t know.. I tried the Uli and it made my unit seem more fuller in flaccid state up to 2 days after.
