What's the best way to count kegels
I’ve been using the one-one thousand method to tell how many seconds I’ve been holding my kegels, however, when I get up to 20 kegels it gets kind of confusing. When I start 20-one-one thousand, by the time I reach five seconds I think to myself, am I starting my 21 now or my 22nd or 23. Is it easier to count how many you do in a minute period and extrapolate that to figure out how many you would do in a five or ten minute period and then just go by the clock on the wall to estimate how many you’re doing? Or should I just guestimate how many seconds I’m holding the kegel for and just count the number of reps I’m doing?
