What's the Best Time of Day to Exercise

What is your opinion at what’s the best time of day to exercise?

I was planning to get up at 5 am, then do newbie routine and afterwards cardio. Is it good for gains? For sure, it is VERY practical and convienient.

If it’s practical and convenient, then that’s the time to do it! I PE early, and it did me no harm.

The best time to do it is the time that suits you best, because you will be more consistent, and consistency is far more important than time of day.

The only time I would not PE would be shortly before heavy weight training, as that always makes me turtle! :)

Exactly!

I found that after a heavy powerlifting routine I could not get an erection for 4-6 hours after.

Maybe you’re different than the 99% of thunders but normally cardio (if done good) makes us turtle. General statement turtle is not good for gains, not sure if there is any proof to back this statement up though.

I PE in the morning before everyone is up.. I’m starting a workout routine and I was going to do that then PE after, my thinking behind that is it would get my blood flowing and set myself up for better PE?

I’m gonna go ahead and be the first to say I like an evening workout. Then I can wear loose pants to bed and be warm under the blankets for healing. I have a feeling that nocturnal erections help with gains also. Usually if I do a moderate workout before bed I wake up in the morning with a huge boner.

They say morning, but it is really a personal question. I’m not a morning person, so to get up early to do a workout is almost as bad as to have to force myself to do it when I get home from work.

Same here, I do my routine in the morning and tomorrow I start getting back into shape, Hope i’m not too exhausted from exercise b4 hand lol

I usually do mines after work (since i dont have time in the mourning to do it), but at work and sleep time, i wear sleeves on my penis so they dont turtle ;D

I usually do my PE around lunchtime but it’s mostly when I feel like it. The more eager I am to get started the better the workout.

I usually do mine after a work out at the gym. Around 7-8. Then ill use an extender for 4-5 hours and finish off with a a pump before bed

As someone starting PE, I was wondering about this as well. I guess the consensus is “whatever time works best for you”?

I prefer doing it late at night before bed, I’m just doing an extended newbie routine, I believe that doing it at night sometime before bed is best because you are completely relaxed after a couple hours of being home and your bloodflow is a little bit more regulated. Plus you can end your PE session with a wank session and fall asleep nice
