As has been mentioned, the best convenience is the best time for PE. For me, the best time is anytime after my workouts. I don’t know what it is, but my stretches are always better and my penis is much more elastic after a good workout of weight lifting or cardio training. Maybe it has something to do with my heart rate being up and the flow of blood throughout my body.

100% agree, evening is the way to go. The nocturnal erections not only help with gains they give you immediate feedback about your routine. Do it wrong (go too hard) and you get minimal or no nocturnal erections, get it right and you get sleep disrupting nocturnal wood.

I too get up a hour early (5AM) for my PE; it is important enough to make time and getting up early is a very small price to pay. I have had great gains in both EG and EL and it feels good to start the day off doing something for myself.

I do mine in the morning and at night

I pe in the morning before my shower, than the ads all day at work, and fowfer when I can in the evening. All good.

Little different spin to this question. How important is it to do pe at approximately the same time every day? With everything going on in my life, the most convenient time can range anywhere between 8am to as late as 2 - 3am, and anytime in between. I’ve done it at all of those various times.

So the problems come in two ways: 1) I may pe at 3am and then next day the most convenient time is at 9am, only 6 hours later; or, 2) I may do it at 8am on Monday morning but then not again until 2am late Tuesday-going-into-Wednesday morning, like 40 hours later.

Those wide swings of what time of day I do pe is if I’m basing the timing on what is MOST convenient for that particular day. But with a little planning, discipline and effort, etc, I could probably be a bit more consistent on when I do my pe. If the ideal is to do a session once every 24 hours, is it more ideal that the sessions are during a similar time everyday? Maybe sometimes 20 hours between sessions, sometimes 30 hour between sessions? Is it important to avoid situations I described, where sometimes the daily sessions are less than 8 hours apart and sometimes more than 36 hours apart?

If I decided that I wanted to try to be more consistent with the time range I do pe, I’m confident I could accomplish this without running into the problem of failing to do pe because I’m failing at my scheduling goals. I’m saying that if it is important enough I could be more consistent.

I guess it’s somewhat normal that some guys may usually do pe a while before they go to work; if they miss the boat on that, they can try soon after work or at least just a few hours after work, or even just before bed, and we’d be talking about a 10 to 12 hour swing at most. But with my work, sleep and family schedule all over the map my pe times can be all over the map, too.

One little caveat. If I do a pe routine early (for me) like 8am - 9am; and then if I’m still up that night past midnight I’ll likely do another session just so there’s less pressure for me to do my next day’s routine early in the morning. I actually do try to avoid doing either of two extremes: less than 8 hours between sessions, more than 30 hours between sessions.

Hell even this question is all over the map.. Is it worth a little extra effort on my part to try to keep the sessions somewhat close to 24 hours apart.
