Whats the best routine for fast gains.
Okay guys I’ve played around with PE for a minute.. But I have never actually sat down and did it on a daily basis.. I used to clamp all the time without even knowing what I was doing. I guess I’m somewhere in between a newbie and a veteran. I’m 7 EL and 6.8 EG.. I want to get bigger and longer my ultimate goal is 10X7.5. I think I can get the girth down but id really like to get to 10 inchs.. Perhaps even 10.5. So gents please help, give me the best routine for Length and girth. I know to most of you I don’t really need it, but I live in the NYC area and my size really isn’t attracting the women nore is the fact that I’m STD free.
