Now I am scratching my head on that one, because TP is such a vast source of information that in 4 years you should practically be a wizard of PE.
I simply do not get it why you are asking twice the same question with a big time gap and expect different answers. You could have had 4 full years of Newbie Routine and realized your goals, may they be realistic or not.
Maybe you give us a stringent reason and you may encounter much more positive reactions.
