Whats The Best Flaccid State To Work Out With?

First let me say, I’ve been doing P.E. For a little over a month now, and I’ve had gains! Slight, but there!
I JUST now noticed something.
I do my stealth P.E. In the morning. My flaccid seems to be tougher and not as spongy. Even after a 10 minute warm up. I can’t really be over training. I’m doing the basic newbie routine. I did start doing piss pulls on my day off, but I stopped that and took a week off to see if I could work out with a softer spongier flaccid state.

So I noticed in the evening after coming home from a day’s work and with the family at home, my flaccid hangs the lowest and the softest, spongiest state.

Should I try doing my work outs in evening when my penis is in this state?
Or is a slightly tougher penis in the A.M ok to work out with?

The state you’re in when you get home is the best. You can mimic that state in the morning. Edge for a bit and get a great erection. Let it completely subside (do not jelq erect). This should give you a nice 50% erection to do your routine with. If at all possible, use constant heat.

If you don’t want to to do that, just PE in the evening. The right state is there by its own.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’ve tried jelqing in the morning but it doesn’t work for me. The first few jelqs hurt so I wait and do it in the evening after several good erections and lots of heat. Loosening up those tissues and making them pliable is important.

I will try the edging before a session because I prefer morning time as I can continue in stealth mode.

I also just ordered a MOIST heating pad. I’m thinking this will make warmup a lot more efficient!
I also have an electric heater so I can have this on WHILE stretching and jelqing!

Gents, apologies for hijacking the thread. I noticed the comment about jelqing erect and it’s dangers. Is it safe to assume that for a new it’s better to err on the side of caution and do the jelqs softer than optimal, instead of doing them more erect than optimal?

For newbies anywhere from 20% to 70% max is good in my opinion. A balanced semi erection like 50% is the best.

I usually maintain about a 50% erect state. If it drops below 20%, I encourage it to increase but if it goes above 50%, I’ll leave it alone for a while. The lower the erection state, the better length you will achieve and the safer you will be.

I noticed that when I sit down at the edge of my seat and warmup, my flaccid hang is super long and spongy (my erections are strongest in this position as well)

Are there any negatives to why I shouldn’t do my stretching/jelqing routine while sitting down, at the edge of my seat?

Seated stretches will help your muscles to relax better and you will be surprised how deeper the stretches feel. :)

Awesome! I noticed what you are describing now! I noticed that as soon as I stand up from sitting, it feels like the inside muscles tense up as opposed to being super relaxed while sitting.

I had a really good session this morning. Warm up with a damp rice sock (until my moist heating pad arrives), while sitting down (for 10 minutes). It produced a long flaccid spongy penis ready for stretching. I’m also dialing it back to 5 minutes of straight stretching (ten directions, at 30 second each).

Sometimes during routine, my dick will get slightly tougher and lose some flaccid length. I noticed helicopter shakes correct this.

So for now, my routine is 2 days on, 1 day off:
10 minutes Warmup while sitting
5 minute Stretches (and Helicopter Shakes throughout)
5 minutes Warm up again
10 minutes Jelqing
20 minutes of Edging

I have a kegel routine about every other day, I’m trying to avoid my rest days though.

I am having morning and night woods, good flaccid hang when I get home, E.Q. Quality is a 9, for 30 minutes of sex. Then after that, it drops down to 7.

Once I can continuously have positive P.I.’s for a couple weeks straight, I will increase stretching time.

P.S. I shot the farthest I have ever shot a load. Doggy style, I hit the top of her back. That was cool.
