What's the #1 key to your PE gains?

I’m about 8 months into PE with modest gains. Just wondering what everyone feels was the key to their gains. Maybe you experimented with different routines and then all of a sudden got it right and the gains started coming. For example you might feel that heat was the key or hanging or pumping or a particular supplement. I have not locked into 1 particular favorite thing or most beneficial part but I’m sure with time I will. Of course I know some will say there is no 1 thing and there is no easy way to PE and that’s ok too.

But what do you feel has been the key for you?

Regular long rest breaks. Do PE for 10-12 weeks then take 1-2 weeks off.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.


Coincidentally, lack of it is also the #1 reason for lack of gains. :)

Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

Stop trying so hard and hurting myself. I was convinced high pressure pumping was the secret to success. Boy was I wrong and for a long time. High pressure causes trauma and injured tissue just can’t grow, it is too busy just trying to heal back to normal.

Finally I am using low pressure of 3 to 3.5”hg that still gives great expansion over the course of my routine, but causes no trauma. No injury has given me my best gains, plus my cock looks great and I have my best erections ever.

Pick any form of PE and you can go overboard doing it. The secret is to stay in control and don’t hurt yourself.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Being aware of my PIs and adjusting to them has made a big difference.

Dedication is a big one though.

Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

I’m not so sure about consistency being the key. I have never been all that consistent, and have worked in blocks of a few weeks, followed by a week or two of being lazy and thus doing nothing.

One thing I have always done, was use heat. So I’m going to say the answer is, heat. :)

Consistency is the key.

I’d say putting in the time and consistency.

Started: BPEL 6.75" MSEG 4.75", Now: BPEL 7.75" MSEG 5.438", Goal: BPEL 8" MSEG 6"

Consistency, patience, and not over doing it.

I have not been able to stick to a routine, and I have not gained. So, I would say that consistency may be the most important thing.

Yeah I would say consistency, patience, and motivation are the biggest things. It’s also very important to know how your dick is reacting and evolving through the process. If you don’t know your PIs and how to help them then all the determination and consistency won’t mean anything.

I would say just find your routine by:

1.) Read up on the exercises that would most benefit what you want to get out of PEing.
2.) Do those exercises until your dick starts to feel “tired” then stop. Now you should know about how much PEing you can do in one night.
3.) Repeat those exercises every night until it starts to feel “tired” through out the day instead of just after PEing. This will let you know how many days in a row you can PE before taking a break.
4.) Stop PEing until your dick looses up and your EQ gets better. Then you will know how long to take a break for.

Now you should know your basic routine. Know that the routine might change here and there depending on many variables like certain things you eat, amount of sleep or stress, how hard you worked it the night before, and many other things.

After a while you can add or substitute different exercises to mix things up and work it in a different way. Just keep an eye on those PIs or when it starts to feel or respond to things differently.

It took me the better part of a year to figure out my PIs and how my dick responds to PEing. When I figured it out I noticed a big change in solid gains.
