What's the #1 key to your PE gains?
I’m about 8 months into PE with modest gains. Just wondering what everyone feels was the key to their gains. Maybe you experimented with different routines and then all of a sudden got it right and the gains started coming. For example you might feel that heat was the key or hanging or pumping or a particular supplement. I have not locked into 1 particular favorite thing or most beneficial part but I’m sure with time I will. Of course I know some will say there is no 1 thing and there is no easy way to PE and that’s ok too.
But what do you feel has been the key for you?
