Whats realistic time period .

Whats realistic time period .

.. To reach 0.8 inch in length and 0.4 inch in girth ?

It is hard to put a timeframe on a goal in PE. Everyone is different. However if you work hard and dedicated I would say 1 year or maybe a little bit more is reasonable to assume. It can happen much faster or much slower aswell. It all depends on your physioligy and your work ethic.

Yeah. I actually reached .4 inches girth in about two months (!), but I got no length gains, so… I think it’s a lot better to aim for a fair amount of time, like a year. Then you won’t be disappointed if you don’t see any gains within the first couple of months, like so many do. Also, it’ll probably keep you on the safer side of how much work out you do, instead of overdoing it and hurting yourself.

Two years.

It’s like asking ‘how long will it take to count to 10,000?’ Well, it’s different for everyone, but you’ll find out when you get there.

Quick gains are rare in PE and when they do come they are usually attributed to increased EQ. You are in it for the long haul. At least you should be…

I saw a gain of .8” within the first 3 months.. But likely due to EQ increase and some initial lig stretching. I am 11 months in and have seen only 1/8” in girth gains.

It is different for everyone. If you are dedicated you will see gains that is what is important. Make sure you HEAT up not warm up and don’t go more than 4 days without taking a rest day.

Good luck!
