One question thecrow, have you gained any wieght since you started PEing? The reason I ask is because the fat pad can cause the illusion of looking smaller than you actually are.

Yeah, I gained 40 lbs in 4 months. I was on a bulking phase. I’ve cut a fair bit of it. But my fat pad is only about 1/2”. How low can I go if I lose the extra weight?

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"
