Whats better extenders or hanging

Just wanna know what the people think or fill about what their using. Why you think one is better then the other or if you think their both equally as good. What were your gain and how long did you use it. Thanks

From reading around, it seems like hanging can give you quicker gains. But you’re much more likely to plateau and stop gaining all together. Extenders seem to have a much higher success rating. Gains might be slower, but it looks like people who do gain from extenders continue their gains for a longer period of time.

Unfortunately this question is like asking whether which colour is ‘better’, Blue or Red? Extenders take an enormous amount of time and discomfort everyday for many months but most people get gains. Hanging on the other hand takes far less time but is way more dangerous.

If you’re just starting out then really you shouldn’t worry about either hanging or ADSing until you are well acquainted with the Newbie Routine! :D

I don’t understand how any sober person willingly hangs wait off of their dick. So, extenders IMO.

Girth if you think about it, exactly the same thing is occuring whether you hang or use an extender, the only difference is one makes use of gravity and the other makes use metal springs. Either way, the result is an applied force pulling your penis away from your body creating tension which produces the stretch on your penis.

The amount of force/tension/stretch from an extender depends on how many extension bars you use in an extender, the more you use, the more the springs will be compressed, resulting in higher tension. With hanging the tension naturally increases with the amount of weight.

Fundamentally there is no difference except hanging will cater for a much higher maximum amount of stretching force to be applied to you penis.

Good news and good info for both extenders and hanging thanks so much for your reply. Am thinking I would do both to help gains at a better rate.

Seriously, as Tweak said you should start the newbie routine before thinking to extenders and hangers. There are things money can’t buy: one of them is a bigger penis. (:

Yea thanks I do plan to do some clamping as soon I find a good place to get the clamp from and figure out a good routine.

Do the newbie routine for at least three months and nothing else.

I’ve gained 7/8 inch in erect length, none in erect width, 5/8 in flaccid length, 1/2 in in flaccid width. I started a version of the Newbie Routine in August 2009 and kept records for about a year. Now I’m still going, but I stopped gaining according to my records in April 2010.

Around April I thought I should just persevere and keep at it, but I have still not gained for almost nine months.

Should I start an extender/hanger? I’m in school for at least 3 more quarters, before graduation.so I do have “hang time” during my studies where I can close the door and tell people I am studying and have the private time. Thus, I was thinking maybe an extender/hanger would be good now, when I actually have the time to do it..

What’s up? ANY SUGGESTIONS truly appreciated.especially from you long time members.

Clamping in particular can be very dangerous to jump into without at least 3 months of conditioning (from exercises such as jelqing).
