Whats a good routine to gain girth?

I’ve did 2 years of PE in a wrong way, what can I still do?

I have gained girth from Ulis, but I also think it’s very important to do Kegels because then you will be able to pump more blood for better expansion.

Current: 7.45" x 5"

How many sessions of uli do you do per week? And how long is a session?

I’m planning to make a routine of both uli and AM 1 for gaining girth.

I started to do ulis without any plan, but I ended up with gains.I think I was doing 2 mins long sets, 10 mins in total, and every second day.It’s not good to do every day.

Once again kegels are very important.I think I wouldn’t gain girth without them.

I do Kegels while drinking a morning coffee in bed, so it has nothing to do with girth workout, but you need to do this for better expansion during the girth workout.
Ulis:

1. Squeeze your penis at the base when it’s soft.

2. Ease the squeeze and start to pump blood into the penis by doing short/impulse Kegels.

3. Squeeze harder to stop the blood outflow

3.Repeat 2 and 3 untill you get > 100% expansion.

Some people just squeeze penis when It’s erect, but I start soft because it’s easier to squeeze.

Right now I do extending and since this week manual stretching staright down for 10-15 minutes per day. Ulis before extending to break down the tissue.You can read what I do from my progress report:
