Anyways, proper posture and correct bike fitment is going to alleviate most of those issues. Ergonomics saddles certainly help tons, but you ought not feel too much pressure (if any) on your perineum when you’re riding correctly. Any numbness is a sure sign of bad posturing.

Of course, engorged thighs aren’t going to make you appear any larger.

I personally think extenders are safer as both angle and pressure are easily controlled, whereas even just moving around could greatly affect the pressure on your wang with weights.

The most important measure for male bikers is to lower the point of the seat to between 10 and 15 degrees below the horizontal. That way, you’ll sit on the sit bones and not on the pelvic floor. Of course if you get a modern ergonomic seat that helps too, but make sure you lower the seat anyway.

Another thing. I don’t think that site like the US much, since it gave us some very shabby numbers.

High protein diet must of course boost the testosterone levels, so it may have some effect. yes. But the diet itself wouldn`t be enaugh. It may have a posite affect on the PE performance. I believe higher testosterone makes gains easier.
