I want to add length and girth, like everyone here.. But my priority right now are two things.

1.) Over all length. I want to hit a non bone pressed 8. Definitely attainable.

2.) Glands size and thickness close the the glands. My head is not nearly as big as I’d like. My dick when I’m on my back kind of backwards baseball bats.

My routine as follows.

15 Min Hot Rice Sock

Manual Stretches: Forward, Left, Right, Down, Up, Between the legs.. I do this routine times 2. I hold each stretch for 45 seconds and rest in between each exercise for 15 seconds.

Apx 200 Jelqs. I just started up again and then I’m going to try and add about 25 Jelqs per session until I get in the 300-400 range.. Depending on how I feel.

I am about to add manual squeezes.. I’ll do 30 second holds, say 3 times to starts.



What do you guys think of this routine. I also plan on going 2 days on, one day off. Do you think one day on, one day off would yield better results?

I am no expert but I’ve been doing allot of reading. Can’t give you any tips based on my own results since I haven’t been doing PE so long myself. But if you wanna have both length and girth I think it’s good if you keep doing your stretching and maybe you should mix up with both wet and dry jelqs. Wet jelqs with a lower erection level normally gives more length and dry jelqs normally gives both length and girth. And maybe later on you should throw in some clamping for girth. Then you could do more wet jelqs for length and some clamping for girth.

If you want the end of the shaft and glans to be thicker maybe you can tighten the grip at the and of the shaft when you do your dry jelqs to increase the pressure to increase the girth of the end of the penis and glans.

If you want more length, your primary focus should be stretching and advanced stretching. No intense girth exercises while you work on length - that is the general consensus. Also, think about an ADS.

As for head size, that’s a tough one. There are specific exercises but none of them offer permanent results, as far as I know.

Are there any stretches in particular you feel I should add to my routine? I don’t know enough about ADS to feel comfortable just yet adding them, I’d also like to max out my gains and see if I can manually get to npb 8 before I resort to an ADS.

So my routine is warmup, stretch, jelqs, squeezes.. What stretches would you add that I’m not doing yet? Or would you just do the stretches I am doing a third time around?

I’ll keep Jelqs to no more than 300 in order to concerntrate more on stretching.. I really want my head to grow though. Hopefully the manual squeezes will help with that.

I just finished my workout and the squeezes are tough.. My dick is thick so it’s hard to squeeze to begin with.. And when I do I feel like the veins around the shaft pop like crazy but my head and the upper area doesnt swell so much.
