I’ve had a stretcher for a while now. I’ve noticed that my base has maxed the stretcher width-when I get hard with the stretcher on, there’s no more room. Still, the rest of my penis is the same size. My main concern is with the extra 1.5-2” under my skin. I’ve pushed my skin in to where I still feel my shaft connecting to my pelvis and there’s another 1.5” at least there that I can’t eat to come out. My top measurement is that of my toothbrush which is 7 3/4” and girth is heist at base and skinnier up towards the head. I’m currently taking arginine and iron but I want to get the rest of my penis off my pelvis and inside my woman. Any thoughts? Extra girth would help too!

Are there any specific exercises and pills for this?

Also, if the stretcher is a good method for what I’m wanting, is there a mor inconspicuous one to use because mine now bulges through my pants and I can only do for an hour at night since I work in the day.

You’re probably the billionth person to ask this question. You know there’s no quick fixes or magic pills when it comes to PE right? Just like everything else. And from the sounds of it you probably need to lose a little weight to see the extra 1.5”.

If you’re interested in what vitamins “might help” with PE repair I would put my money on a calcium/phosphorus/magnesium(C 1.5g, P 750mg, M 750mg) supplement along with up to 6,000IU vitamin D3 combined with and a large dose of vitamin A, and 100-200IU vitamin K2. You need the calcium combo to help with rebuilding bones and healing cavities- lookup Dr. Price’s work from the beginning of the last half of last century, but the phosphorus and magnesium especially help with ATP production and smooth muscle repair. The vitamin A and D work on just about every hormone inside your body, in good way. And vitamin K2 will help with preventing bruising by increasing platelets so your blood, so you know be careful with taking too much if you are on any blood thinners. Mind you this stack is just speculation and it’s intended purpose was for something else entirely, tooth repair, but in the months I’ve spent researching and taking this myself I’ve found I heal much quicker.

Great advice! I would recommend Vitamin E for good bloodflow (at least 200 IU).
