Just wanted to say whats up everyone. Can’t wait to start this program.

I was looking at the newbie program, and then the videos. But I was just curious as too what stretches and jelqing techniques to do. I am looking to add an inch in length and girth.



Jelq - wet, using overhand grip (pinky out), alternating hands, at 50-70% erection

Stretches - just pull it, use different angles for each 30 second pull - down, straight out, up.

I wet jelq with a normal (underhand I guess) OK grip at about 50% erect. Alternate hands with each stroke taking about 3 sec. As far as stretching, I stretch more toward the floor (low angles on the LOT clock) You may want to check out Bib’s LOT theory (linked in my signature) to see what your LOT (Loss Of Tugback) is. This will tell you where to focus your stretching.
