Ok. So I’ve been on PE for about 4 weeks now. Here’s my routine: 15 reps of power stretches, 5 minutes of jelqing, 10 reps of v-stretches, and then 5 more min of jelqing (along with kegels, warm up/down, etc). I have noticed some gains in length (likely just better erections.). So here’s my question for the experts: should I change it up a bit?

I was thinking instead of power stretches, trying the JAI stretch technique or BTC stretches (since they put more stress and are easy), and maybe trying dry jelqs. Any opinions from those who have experience?

Only 4 weeks have passed. Why do you wanna change something that brought you better erections?

I wasn’t too sure if that was just the kegels or not, and was thinking that this may help speed up the process. But I guess it might be best to stay on the same routine for the next month or so too.

These exercises are not geared for speed gains. PE is not geared for speedy gains. You should take your time with each exercise and routine. Trying to gain as fast as you can could lead to injury or no gains. My favorite saying here is “It’s not a race but a marathon” or something like that. In my own admittance, in the beginning I was in a rush to gain quick to ,but I read and started listening to other people and now have reverted mainly back to the newbie routine .

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

Gain doesn’t come overnight… You’re doing a good job, keep it up.
You want to make some changes in your routine? OK, perform more wet jelq (up to 30 minutes) and stretch more (up to 15 minutes).

Oh. One more thing guys. When jelqing I think I’m doing it wrong. I get 50-80% erection and start. Now am I supposed to stay at that amount of erection the whole time I’m doing it or is that just to get the blood in there? Because I can’t seem to keep it going..

It’s OK for not being able to maintain 80% erection penis while Jelqing.
While Jelqing, you can swing your penis (or slap him :) ), do walk a bit and kegel to let more blood flow into your penis and then jelq!

Will this decrease my gains you think?

I’m not exactly sure about your question. It might be logical that jelqing with 50% erection penis will make you gain less than jelqing with 80% erection penis, but you will still gain.
