What to do

What to do

I used to have phimosis some time ago. Then I did some self experimentation and came up with some exercises to widen the opening so as to allow partial retraction of the foreskin during an erection.

Previously, my foreskin fully covered my penis even during an erection. But now it covers half of the glans when erect. Although preferably I’d like to have a fully retract foreskin during an erection.

When I’m flaccid, I have a turkey neck at the overside near the top portion of my shaft. I have some excess foreskin overside(hence the turkey neck).

But during an erection I feel theres lesser skin underside. However I do not have a downwardly curved penis.

So my question is would jelqing with an underhand grip help stretch some underside skin on the shaft? Technically I’d be increasing the girth of my underside meatus as well right? Therefore making the underside even tighter?

I’d like to gain some meatus at the overside of my shaft, because then the turkey neck will disappear. Am I right to say this?

Hopefully I depicted my situation well enough for you guys to understand if there’s something you don’t get please tell me and I’ll try to explain.

So how should I go about doing this corrective process? What exercises should I do?

Skin growth during PE exercises isn’t easy to predict. And I’ve never heard of hand placement as making any difference in how much, or if any, skin growth occurs. If your initial efforts at manually stretching the opening worked well enough to allow a partial retraction, perhaps continuing with that would make the opening even larger allowing full retraction with erection. You can’t worry too much about the flaccid look. If you’re a “grower” (small flaccid compared to a significantly larger erection) then you’re going to have a lot of excess skin when flaccid no matter what you do to make the opening larger.

True that.

How about my primary concern? Ways to increase skin on the underside. What say you?

Anyone else can help me?

I second what Westla said. It is not predictable how much can the skin stretch itself.
I had, like you, a flexible skin, who let me to have the glans well-covered even with a full erection. During this PE exercises’ years I did not have any appreciable skin lengthening.

Moreover, several years ago I had a sort of paraphimosis from which I have been mostly cured using only sensitive and slow pull back and pull forward exercises (without circumcision’s need), with warm water’s help and a bit of anti-bacterical cream.
It was associated with a mild case of “frenulum breve” that didn’t let me a complete retraction of foreskin; maybe you could visit an urologist to see if this problem is present (BTW I never had a downward curve, too): in this case it likely needs a surgical intervention.

I had complete phimosis which as I have mentioned in the original post that I have improved with some stretching. So right now I have paraphimosis erect and also similarly a frenulum breve.

Sir, on my first post I stated about getting a circumcision.

I cannot afford circumcision from a private practitioner as it costs a bomb. So recently I went to the polyclinic and did a checkup thereupon got referred to an urologist in a government-aided hospital. The urologist then did a checkup, but refused me as I did not have phimosis and alternatively not entitled to circumcision without medical problems because I’m a non muslim. I further explained to her that I had a ring of tight skin during erection and a frenulum breve. She did an observation and simply said that it can retract when flaccid. Her thoughts was that if the skin could retract even a little bit during an erection without messing up goo inside the prepuce was no reason for a non-muslim to get circumcised. I even filed an appeal to the surgeon explaining in detail of my condition but he too was convinced that, that was’nt worthy a reason for circumcision either. Basically I live in a stupid country that would give a damn to citizens only if they have severe medical problems. “If it ain’t a major lethal problem then we fooking won’t fix it!” is their bloody mentality. Sadly I have no power to choose what I want in this situation.

So as for now I can’t do the circumcision that I so badly want.

I am convinced that over the years the damned phimosis restricted the full potential growth of my penis. And so here I am now claiming what is rightfully mine.

Unfortunately, if your urologist believes there is no need for operation … I don’t know, but can’t you try to see in another "public" medical facility?

For your paraphimosis you maybe can continue your exercises, to loosen up the foreskin (I was able to defeat paraphimosis using those methods, as I said; maybe a lube or similar can help, too), it needs only perseverance ;-)

As far as I know, as I’m not a medical doctor and I’m not at all a circumcision’s fan, there are some solutions to resolve a tight, short frenulum: the first is a frenuloplasty, the second is a frenectomy (they are both surgical, but somewhat simple), the third is to try a frenulum stretching, carefully and gently, in the flaccid state:
Been stretching frenulum for past week
Nonetheless, I don’t have any experience in the latter, so I don’t know how much it can be successful for your condition. You can search other posts in TP forums on this topic, maybe you can find some enlightenment.

Hey Guilejack, I don’t think I can try another public facility as this would have been recorded in my medical report history data.

As for now I think I’ll continue with the opening stretches to loosen the foreskin.
