What to do when you get sick?

I’m not sick right now, but I’m curious. What is you get sick for like 2 weeks, should you still try to do PE or just leave it until your not sick again?

Feels like you might lose gains or even get smaller if you don’t do any PE for two weeks.

I might do some pulls here and there, but I have a very strong immunity system. I can’t remember the last time (knocks on desk). You probably could do some jelqs too. I guess it depends on how bad. Point is don’t strain anything, there’s much time for tugging.

Firstly, I highly doubt you could decrease from initial size, but if you were sick it would be an interesting test to see how your new gains cope. It may stick, it may decrease slightly.

Secondly, if I was sick for 2 weeks, PE would and should be the furthest thing from my mind. Getting the body back on track is the no.1 priority.

I have just finished a bad flu lasted 2 weeks.

Obviously I rested from PE. After an year of intense training.
Yesterday night I tried to masturbate. I had the best erection since last year and without Cialis.

The great difference is that my dick is longer and thicker.

I begin thinking that it is better don’t train everyday.

I would think that being sick would be the perfect opportunity to crank up the PE. Lay in bed all day and jelk, pull etc. Attach a pulley to your ceiling and do dick traction the whole time. PE doesn’t require significant body resources needed to fight infection. I do not think you would need to lay off at all.

I was deathly ill in 05 hospitalised twice, and they sent me home to die because they could not figure out what I had. During this period I maintained a stretching schedule, did not jelk much perhaps once a week I call it a maintnace schedule only lost a little length not much. This was probably due to the iron deficiecy anemia that I picked up with the half dozen maladies associated with the illness. I resumed a 3-4 day schedule back in 9/06 and managed to gain. 7.45bpel to 7.80npel-8.25bpel/5.6erect girth.

It is up to you if you are to sick just stretch.

Iron deficient anemia causes hypoxia, which impairs circulation to the penis.

I slipped into my winter depression cycle and I haven’t been able to PE in like 3 weeks, I can’t even get it up he he, and when I do it’s like mini-penis. It sucks I’m waiting out my depression trying to do as much as I can to slide out of it. I’m the happiest person all summer long and then January comes along and I plummet to the depths of humanity. It’s not very fun =P.

Go to work for 8 hours, sleep for 16, rinse repeat for 2 months.

Can’t even get the energy to allow my body to wake up if I want to be up.

I’m from Canada too, and I know these winters can kill us.
I have some simple advice for you though, that has changed my life.

Try not ejaculating for a week or two, and see how you feel.

I’m telling you man, TRUST ME ON THIS.
I’m not one of these guys who says you should never come,
But excessive orgasm affects your brain chemistry.

I haven’t ejaculated in 22 days, and I feel EXTREMELY optimistic.
Depression won’t even show it’s face around me now.

I find that as soon as I’ve lost my seed (although it’s all about balance),
I get depressed very easily.

O yeah, and a lack of Vitamin D (which you get from direct sunlight on the skin and MILK, or supplements) is also related to winter depression.

I was sick for 3 days before and I still gave my penis a tug or two and some jelqs when I could muster up the strength. I’m VERY committed :D

A few years ago I caught a particularly nasty case of the flu. My temperature was up around 103 for several days. From what I had read, that’s about the ideal temperature for stretching/hanging. I half considered hanging to take advantage of the fever, but I felt way too yucky to bother.

I hope you realize there is a name for this condition: Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). I don’t know much about it. A web search should turn up some helpful info.
