What to do when you can't do your proper workout

Today I’ve found that I had no time to P.E in the bathroom. My routine indicates I have to P.E for four days, then rest on one. Because I can’t warm up properly (I.e with a hot towel) without arousing TOO much suspicion, what should I instead do, away from the bathroom, in an attempt to make up for the lost day?


Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0

My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0

Just forget about it and resume normal operation tomorrow.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

You can use a simple cup with -not burning- hot water in it. You can sit on the toilet while warming up your cock. I switch the water 1 or 2 times and do it about for 3-5 mins and works great.

If only the warm up is what you cannot always do, I think it’s better to do your routine sometimes without warm up, beginning it slowly, than not to do it at all. Not everyone does the warm up anyway…

Would a good rub on your unit be almost as good as a warm up with a rice sock for example?

A gentle rub and relax technique of some kind.

If I can’t get my routine in then I make sure that I kegel a lot through the day, just so I am at least doing something worthwhile.
