What to do when the feeling of stretching stops
I’ve been doing a manual routine for a long time and recently stopped getting a stretching feeling and ligament pops while stretching. Is it a sign that I should break for a few days to get the stretching feeling back or should I press on? I’m not sure if taking a break for a week will hurt the rhythm I have since I feel that whenever I stop doing routines for a week or more, I should start with the most basic routine again and work up from there.
Any advice is appreciated.
