What to do next

Hi guys. I’m looking for a new routine. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 3 and a half months and I’ve gained 1cm in length and 0.9cm in girth. I was thinking I’d do the newbie routine for at least one more month though. I want both length and girth but if I had to choose I’d take girth.

From my results, anyone have an idea of what might be best for me?

You can change the number of jelqs or stretches. The newbie routine uses the exercises that work. No need to look for something new if it’s giving you gains.

I agree. The newbie routine is key because it is everything you need in a routine, and since you’ve gain from it already I don’t see any reason to change things.

I say this in a lot of posts, PE is not just for improving your penis. It’s also about improving yourself entirely. In our digital age we are used to having things at the click of a button or the snap of a finger, but in PE this simply isn’t true. Gains of girth and length take patience, a virtue that has been lost in the world of technology.

Increase your intensity slightly (i.e. more/varied types of jelqs and stretches) and take your time.

Stay consistent with the newbie routine - there is no need whatsoever to change what is working. At this point, you can start experimenting with some other moves.

One of my first additions was a modified horse440 squeeze. Horse 440 Squeezes It is a manual exercise and I just squeeze the glans instead of how he describes it and with much less pressure at first until I conditioned into being safe with it. (note: I am not recommending a newbie start with these at all, but I started learning them around month 4 or 5).

The point I’m trying to make though is if you try a few other things, you’ll get to find which ones feel right to you. Read up and do some light experimenting.

My advice is to bump the amount of jelqs by 15-25 every 2 or 3 weeks for now, and start reading about other exercises such as squeezes. After reading a TON of posts and you have an understanding of the motion try doing 5 on your next PE session, then add 5 every 2-3 weeks instead of the jelqs for a while. If you notice any negative PI’s bring it back a handful of jelqs or squeezes, or don’t increase it.

I’d suggest a similar sort of progression based idea for stretching, but you would be adding to the total time spent stretching (symmetrically) rather than times you stretch.

Small increases every 2-3 weeks is a good way to slowly increase the intensity overtime without overdoing it. For me this provided great gains while getting a bit better conditioned to handle more advanced stuff.

I can not stress enough, READ A TON. Sometimes one person can not describe how something feels when it feels right, but after reading enough experiences that different people have of “the right” feeling you can get a much better idea of what it should be. When something catches your eye make sure to at least skim the whole thread to see if a question you want to ask has been answered somewhere within. That being said, do not hesitate to ask questions (do use the search bar first though).
