What to do if you have little time

So my last exercise was in July. I just haven’t got time for PE. I work almost all day and when I come home I cannot start because my parents are around. Can somebody recommend a routine which doesn’t take much more than 10 minutes a day? Maybe I can do it on the toilet.I know it says no pain no gain but I am in a very unfortunate position.please help me out here.

I split my day into three sections. I’m new to this & not an authority so what I’m suggesting is a possibility & not a way of constructing YOUR PE regime.

AM: Shower, stretch in directions chosen. In the show, it only takes about 5-10 minutes and I’m done.

Afternoon: I have the luxury of being a student & having short days. I’m normally back around 12-4 before my family come back from their day. Here I lightly stretch & jelq.

PM: In the shower, repeat as AM.

You can do kegels anytime which is a form of PE. I PE behind my computer while I where a wide pants. Great for stretching. 5 munites of jelqing is enough when you do it very concentrated. That is doable on a toilet.

Fowfer stretches. You can do them while sitting down and have your hands free. Do them while on the computer or watching TV. Do a search for fowfer stretches.

I understand completely where you are coming from. I work close to full-time and am also a full time student, this doesn’t leave much time to sit around pulling on the dragon. Privacy is not a problem but time certainly is. I have found that 10 mins. using a home made power- jelq in the morning(can be done in the shower) with the use of an ADS such as the auto-ADS is a good substitution for jelqing and stretching. The results may be a little slower coming but this routine is better than nothing.

Shower jelq and stretch 10- 15 minutes AM & PM, piss pulls/ fluff jelqs and AutoADS during waking hours and pillow fowfers while you sleep.

The only drawback is that, like a chick you will now require the use of a stall even if the urinals are all free.

Hey dude,..

It’s not like half of us here who are shy of our own cocks haven’t been using the stalls if the urinals are taken for the past 15-20 years anyhow :( .
