What To Do For Girth Gains?
I’m new to this site and have read through a couple different forums. I’m currently with little to no excercising BPEL:7.35” and EG:4.75. My goal is to reach a BPEL: 7.5 to 8” and a EG:5.75 to 6” so I’m really trying to work on my girth. What’s the best excercises and or routine for girth?
