What To Do For Girth Gains?

Hey everybody,

I’m new to this site and have read through a couple different forums. I’m currently with little to no excercising BPEL:7.35” and EG:4.75. My goal is to reach a BPEL: 7.5 to 8” and a EG:5.75 to 6” so I’m really trying to work on my girth. What’s the best excercises and or routine for girth?

Have you started the linear newbie routine?

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Keep it simple with strecthes and jelqing just like the newbie routine.

Progressive overload principles,

Goal - 8'' BPEL 6.5'' EG

No I haven’t where can I find that routine?

Okay it doesn’t say to do kegles in the routines do you guys suggest doing those as well, and I’m not circumsized so am I supposed to do the routine any differently?
