What to do first, Jai or normal stretching

Hey guys, I want to know your opinion?

What stretch should be done first, JAI stretching or normal stretching?

In sports, to make better progress in terms of agile/flexible/linked you try to stretch for a few seconds first. After this hard but very short stretching exercises, you are more flexible. Now you can hold the stretch for longer time with the result, you can stretch further than without doing the short stretches in the beginning of your warm up stretching program.
