What to do against impotence?

What to do against impotence?

Is it possible to prevent impotence and to do something against it out of taking viagra?

Do you now experience occasional impotence or are you just worried that might happen?

Would like to know how old are you. From 65 on I experienced signs of impotence. At 69, that is 2 1/2 years ago, I engaged in PEing and know I enjoy a healthy, strong unit and those impotence signs are history.

I’m 20. I don’t have a any signs of impotence, but I want to prevent it.

What are the reasons of physical impotence?

There may be a lot of them but I´m no specialist. In my case it was AGE, of course. Normally, you won’t´t ever have that problem, if you engage in PEing.

This is simplistic, but it may help. “Use it or Lose it.”

Safe PE will probably aid in keeping yourself in better penile shape.

Have sex or masturbate as frequently as you like. There is ample evidence that young men who ejaculate frequently have fewer prostate issues later in life. Men who are older should take heed of this as well. If you masturbate, don’t just “edge” every time. Get a load off.

There is another saying among people who deal with ED that goes: “The more erections you have, the more you are likely to have.” Although the penis is not a muscle, it benefits from the vascular ‘exercise’ that erections provide, whether they be sexual ones or nocturnal ones or those that come out of nowhere when you least expect them.

In other words, stay active no matter how you do that. You will have fewer problems along the way as you age.

PS: There are a whole lot of medications, both over-the-counter and Rx which affect erectile function. Always inquire of your doctor if any med you need to take has the potential to cause a problem and ask if there is another that will do the job and not cause ED. \

Sometimes the medication is more important than its possible sexual dysfunction side effect. Treat your body’s primary ills first, worry later about ED.

thanks for you detailed answer, avocet8.

But what did you mean with “safe PE”? And is there an unsafe PE?

Don’t do any exercise or program that injures your cock. Go by the feel of things; stop anything that does not feel positive.

You only get one.

This is probably a good thing. More than one would be confusing to us.

I’ve had problems with ED since I was in my mid-teens, as I’ve mentioned several times on this forum before. I’ve noticed that it worsens when I haven’t PEed for a while, significantly worsens, actually; and that I can actually go months without having severe impotence, when I’m PEing regularly. I may have a few half-cocked days, but more and more of those hard as a rock days that I so enjoyed when I was 14.

So, yeah, I am one of those guys who knows from experience that PE helps with impotence. Just be glad that you’re everything works well, and make sure that it continues to do so. I’m 25 years old, and I can’t imagine what it’d be like to have a life with normal erections. It’s something I wish I could have every day of my life, but I feel like I’m one of those people who fantasize about becoming rich and famous, knowing that it’s most likely nothing more than a fantasy. That’s not to say that I don’t think there’s hope for me, I know that there is, but the point I’m trying to make is that you have a working penis. Don’t take it for granted, and don’t miss out on the opportunity to keep it working well.
