What to do after Newbie Routine?

Hi guys. First post. Great site. Thanks for all the awesome info!

So I’m 2 months into the Newbie Routine. So far, so good. I’ve gained roughly half an inch in erect length and maybe a few millimeters in girth. As long as the Newbie Routine keeps producing, I’ll stay with it. But when that slows down, what do you recommend next? Hanging? More advanced jelqing? Something else?

My situation:
1. For me, time is a factor. My day is pretty full and more than 2 hours of PE is probably out of the question, at least during the week.
2. Started at 6” x 4.88”. Now 6.44” x 5.1”.
3. My goals are relatively modest. I’d love another inch in length and half an inch of girth. But really, I’d be totally happy with half an inch longer and a quarter inch of girth.

Looking for any recommendations from someone who’s been at this for a while.

You have the idea. Stay with the newbie routine until gains slow. Then you can ramp it up some. Add some extra stretch time, more complex stretches, ULIs, and even some jelqs if you wish. Once your penis has been well conditioned with the newbie routine, it’s your choice if you want to add a more advanced PE method or not(You don’t have to). I personally wanted to work on girth so I added clamping. But it’s a decision you have to make for yourself and the best thing to do is research the different options and see if any stand out as something that you believe will help you reach your goals.

Like James said, there are more manual only routines you can incorporate after you have exhausted your newbie gains.

Thanks James and K9er. The manual stuff seems like a good next step for me. I appreciate the feedback.

I’ve made some nice gains with manuals only. After doing the newbie routine I Incorporated longer, more intense stretching sessions, orange bends, horse squeezes and edging sessions. Overall I’ve maintained very good EQ, which was why I started PE in the first place.

I’ve never used any devices and I don’t foresee the need to do so. I’d like to gain a bit more length at present, but more importantly, maintain my EQ. Manuals are working very well for me and I don’t want to rush injury with clamps, hangers, pumps, etc.

Just my two cents.

Take a couple minutes to learn a new exercise after your newbie routine. Then after a few weeks you can develop into your own routine that feels good to you. You’re 10x better off educating yourself on exercises and developing your own routine based on your own penises responses than taking someone else’s routine.

Very good thread. I learned a lot about upping the ante with manuals from that one.

Highly recommended for those who are already conditioned and have exhausted their newbie gains.

This was very helpful. I think I Horse 440s and some inverted V-stretches will be some good new exercises to try out. Thanks!

If you can fit in 30 mins I recommend pumping along with the newbie routine. I would wait a couple of months before adding it. Do research.

Depending on your line of work an all day stretcher might work. I have no experience with these but I hear good things.

Yeah, before I really dug into this forum and learned better, I had already invested in an extender. While I could wear it around the house in the evenings alright, there was no way I could conceal it enough at my work. I know some people have said the Phallosan Forte is better for that, but I’d rather not pay to find out.

As for pumping .. I thought gains from those were not permanent. Or is it an aid to the more permanent exercises?

They become permanent over time. The initial pump fades away but eventually they become permanent.
