What to do after newbie routine
Hi guys,
Been practicing for 3 months. What do I do after the newbie routine? What do I add to it. I gained half an inch but I also know that this routine can only get me so far.
I’m trying ton increase both length and girth so my question is do I need to have 2 sets of routines 1 for day 1 and another for day 2 or do I just need to add a few more exercises to the newbie routine? Any suggestions guys.
