What to do after newbie routine

Hi guys,

Been practicing for 3 months. What do I do after the newbie routine? What do I add to it. I gained half an inch but I also know that this routine can only get me so far.

I’m trying ton increase both length and girth so my question is do I need to have 2 sets of routines 1 for day 1 and another for day 2 or do I just need to add a few more exercises to the newbie routine? Any suggestions guys.

How do you know that?

The point of the newbie routine is to get guys started on the right track so they learn proper technique and build up their endurance slowly so they don’t get hurt. You can just continue you on with what you are doing, but now call it your advanced stretch and jelq routine. Or, based on your goals, you can try hanging or pumping or clamping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I measured it. Btw, does the penis adapt to exercises in such a way that muscles do?

There’s no need to rest before sex (assuming you mean after PE exercises).

Sorry! :) Yes I am thinking on PE exercises :)

Thanks gprent. Well because I have seen little improvement since then. I increased from 5.25” to 5.6”.after a month or so I only increased to 5.7”

Anyway I’m still new to this so my only question is this? How long do I keep on doing the newbie routine so I can get to my goal of having 7”?

Guys thanks for all your help. What do I do once I stop seeing gains?

How long does it take before you decide that you are no longer making gains?

If you see no change after a month do you try something else? Or do you wait longer?

I don’t think a month is a bad interval for evaluation.

This is where accurate measuring, PIs and EQs are your friends. If you’ve gone a month and no gains, step it up a little, cautiously, and monitor your PIs and EQ. Consider changing just one thing - more reps, or a new exercise or technique. If you change up multiple things all at the same time, and you get new gains, you don’t know which it was that contributed to the gain.

The reason I say ‘consider’ is because the Newbie Routine itself is made up of multiple elements, and there is something to be said for synergy. I never pump without doing at least a little jelqing and stretching, for example.
