What to Add to my Workout

I started the newbie routine a little over a month ago.

I warm up for 5 minutes then complete the following stretches:
2x Straight-out for 30 seconds
2x Up for 30 seconds
2x Down for 30 seconds
2x Left for 30 seconds
2x Right for 30 seconds

After I stretch I (currently) do 125 jelq for about 3 seconds each.

I have been increasing my jelq count by 25 every two weeks. However, I wasn’t sure how I should bump up my stretching routine?
Should I take each rep to 45 seconds, or should I bump up the sets from 2 to 3. Also, are there any stretches that I should add?
I have noticed that I seem to feel a better stretch when I am pulling myself at downward angles, should I focus on that?

All tips are appreciated.

I would say do 10 mins stretching if your only doing 5 min at the moment and 150 jelqs an stay at that for few weeks. See if it give you better workout its only early days for you though no need to rush.

Would you recommend that I increase the number of stretches, or increase the time that I spend on each stretch?

I would say which ever is better for you. I increased the time I would hold the stretch but everyone is different.
