What time is best

Do you guys PE when you get up, midday, or before you go to bed

I’m no expert by any means but wouldn’t it be most beneficial to at least keep the time of day relatively the same each sessions. Kind of like working out, right?so you don’t end up working-then again 24 hours later-then again 16 hours later ‘because yer body won’t heal fully between sessions.

Am I right or am I a bs’er?

I would PE in the evenings. I’m either at work or at school midday, and I have enough trouble getting up in the morning. The easiest time for me was when I PE’d right before bed because if I forgot to put time aside during the say, I would be able to just go to sleep a bit later.

Sticking to it is paramount so what ever schedule works is the best. If morning is the “best” but you would only actually do your PE half the time if you tried to do mornings by all means go with a late night schedule that you can stick to.
