I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now and I still didn’t gain anything all the measurements are all the same when I started. Anybody know why?

Start : Lenght 6" Thickness 4.5"

Goal : Lenght 8" Thickness 6"

You probably didn’t apply sufficient force. While doing jelqs or stretches.

here is an indicator: Your girth should increase after you’ve done with jelqing (temporarily). For example: from 4.5 to 5 .

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Ooo well I did use little bit of force but I think it’s because I had only a 50% erection

I wouldn’t jelq above 50% man… Just milk that thing nice and hard like your trying to get toothpaste out of an almost empty tube. Don’t stop till it’s sore and plump. There, that was a good work out for it. Not to mention, don’t expect gains in 1 month. Some people are just lucky.

You shouldn’t be looking for gains on the first month. You’ll be lucky if you get 1cm on the first month. If you stop for a year and did PE again is another story.
