What supplement's I need to take ?

A big question is what vitamins and supplement’s I need to take !Not long question but in other sites I’ve seen I need to get my vitamin c and vitamin d to grow bigger and longer more fast is it true ? And if yes what are the most common supplement’s I need to take that are not risking my health ?

Try a well balanced diet; not only is it good for your penis it’s good for lots of other body parts. Supplements, when young, aren’t really needed.

If you are looking for supplements for PE then the L-Arginine is good to start but if you have an active lifestyle then most of the heavy lifting is going to come from your foods. You need to consume a variety of different types of foods to reduce the stress on your immune system and overall inflammation.

After all the genetic modification of our current food supply chain (it doesn’t matter if its organic), a lot of the nutritional value of our foods today has greatly diminished so you are going to need to eat a lot more or supplement if you happen to have an active lifestyle. If I remembered correctly, a person that is active needs to consume a bit over 27,000 calories of variety of food to get everything you need daily because the modification is based on longevity of the product, volume, and most of all, profitability. If you want, you should go get your blood work done to see what values are low and take it from there. I’m not saying that you HAVE to supplement but if you are a person that is going off of 1G of protein per 1LB of body weight then its going to be tough to eat all your protein that you need in a day if you are going based on that calculation, some have gone 1G:1LB of lean muscle mass, or 1G:1KG of lean muscle mass. Again, depending on your research, it can sway you either way.

One thing I can tell you for ALMOST for sure is to control your overall stress/anxiety/worrisome because it will increase and keep your cortisol hormone elevated. If this hormone is present in your body for too long, your immune system is going to have a hard time keeping up with the maintenance.
