What should I eat

Hello!
I don’t know if it’s been asked before.. But what should I eat to increase/boost my gains?
I read people here eat multivitamins and stuff like that does it matter?

P.S I started working with the newbie routine 2 days ago.. Measuring in 9 of April.. Wish me good luck :)

…Seriously though, I’m not sure of any foods that “boost” gains, but there are some things that can stall them. Caffeine intake can restrict size and cigarette smoking can as well. Try using the search function in the upper right corner. Also, check out the supplements forum for some additional ideas.

Not eating really helps with gains. Starve yourself nearly to death. Your tissues will weaken so much that you’re penis will be easy to stretch. Unless, that is, you have too little strength to pull on it. :noreally:

A heart healthy diet would be great to follow. This is because it is low in saturated fat and keeps your arteries running free and clear. If your arteries are open to your heart, they are open to your cock.

I would add protein, more protein. Protein are the nutrients needed for tissus repair.

Not real sure, I just stick with my vitamins daily and protein brother. Good luck on your gains!

And starving yourself makes your penis proportionally larger!

I’d also add that you should drink a lot of water. It helps with healing and will also increase your flaccid hang. It seems the first thing to shrivel when you dehydrate is your wang (well it certainly does in my case). So try to drink 3+ litres of water every day and that doesn’t included fizzy or sugary drinks. In fact fizzy and sugary drinks tend to counter the effects, as does caffeine and alcohol, so if you drink a lot of coffee, coke or booze you should try and drink even more.

Something I’d also recommend is a high dose of vitamin C. This again helps you to heal, but to make a significant difference you’ll need to take quite a bit more than the 60mg rda. I take 2 grammes a day (33x the rda), which would be dangerous with a lot of vitamins, but since Vit-C is water soluble any excess is washed away. However this also means that you either need to stagger your intake through the day or take slow release pills.

Remember size is good, but not everything!
