Alright guys,another thread by me.lol
But lets get to the point,I think I have an issue on my hands.I have been Peing for about 2 months steady with a straight on Routine.
The months before Aug. were unsteady and random workouts(with out hurting my self).The point of this thread is,i haven’t been gaining at all.The only thing is maybe flaccid length and maybe EQ.As for problems,none really I just encounter sore Lig at the base of my penis and that’s the day before
my rest day. These were/are my routines

September Gains:0.2 inches BPEL length some flaccid and maybe NBPEL
5 days on,2 days off.
5-hot Rag-Warm up
15-25 mins of Jelqs 50%-80% erection lvl (2-3 second pulls)
10-15 min Manuel stretches(up,down,left,right,straight out,up-left,upright,down-left,downright)
10-20 min of a warm/hot shower(No cool down =()
i also did maybe 100 10 sec kegels every day i worked out

October Gains as of now~NONE~
2 days on 1 day off

5 min min hot rag-warm up
10-15 Min Manuel Stretches(same directions as above^)
Another 5 min hot rag
10 Min- 50%-80% erection lvl (2-3 second pulls) for 2 weeks
Then i moved to Low lvl erection(about 15-25%) for 10 mins 5-10 second pulls.
Then a cool Down for 5-7 min.
Kegels are max strengths hold for 5 sec for about 5 to mins.Then another 5 min kegel of medium strength holds(1 day on 1 day off)
Also during October i did about an hour or 2 with an ads(hot rag before cool down after) with about high to medium to high tension.

From This Do you guys have a reason why i shouldn’t be getting gains?I understand it takes time,but still no gains at all?I would love to hear the reason or any kind of input =D

I also pe’ed when i was younger maybe around 16-17 could this have an effect?Nothing serious just maybe jelqs and stretches.

Before this thread continues, please read the Forum Guidelines on punctuation. We have a lot of people all over the world reading and they have to follow the rules as well, and it is a rule here at Thunders.

I have no clue what you may be doing wrong. Your routine is a good one. Maybe you are over doing it. Have you tried resting for about a week doing only Pee pulls. I like to call it Piss pulls. That one of 2 of my only forms of PE that I do.

i thought my punctuation was good,in my opinion.But I will look into it.

TnTjockey-i will look into piss pulls.As for the over working doesn’t seem,no Negative signs so far.

I agree with tntjockey - the routine looks good. Take two weeks off completely - or maybe only a few light kegels each day.

You might want to start wrapping a few hours a day with an Ace bandage. I swear this helped my during the healing phases - which is the growth time. Ace Bandage wrap - how safe is it

Onenekkidguy-i heard so much about wrapping i will so look into that! Also when I go into that week(2) off to my month 3
that routine is 6 days 1 off
15-20 min stretch and 15 mind jelq with ads on for a few hours.
Isn’t that to much to come back on and should work it slow like a warm up,then go into that 6 on 1 off?

I think 6 days on and 1 day off is too much entirely - regardless of conditioning. I think you’d be asking for an injury. Listen to your body though. I would also suggest coming back on at a slow pace for the first two weeks to let your dick get used to the beatings again. Just my opinion, but I think that would be safe and productive.

I try not to do more than three days on / one day off. Seven day week - 2 on / 1 off / 3 on / 1 off - seems good for me at least.

Here’s your problem - BE PATIENT!! Hell, you can do any routine you want to, but it’s not gonna work unless you have PATIENCE!! I start out with a 6.8 x 5 and now after 4 months I have 7.3 x 5.2 (after finally becoming consistent with a routine of jelqing, clamping and an ADS). Not HUGE gains, but they are coming. Most of which didn’t come until about a month ago. So, relax your mind and settle in for at least a year of consistent PE!

Yea,i know to be patient.Its just i want to see a bigger Penis,like other guys.Ive done with for almost 6 months with less then 1 inch gains nor 1/2 an inch.

Onenekkidguy-so once i do 2 weeks of newbie i could go back to ads for a few hours till conditioned?Also do piss pulls?

From the lack of certain information supplied in your post, for instance: your PI’s, broken down into individual indicators; i’d strongly recommend you learn to recognise how your unit is responding to the stress you’re placing on it - at which point the routine you require will become apparent.

Are you getting morning wood everyday?

Is your flaccid unit firm, average or extremly soft and low hanging?

How does your unit change, both flaccid and erect when taking breaks?

How does your unit respond (if at all) straight after PE and then later on in the day? (or the next day)

How is your libido affected by PE? Does it increase whilst exercising, or whilst resting?

Are you getting morning wood everyday? No due to my sleeping and stress.I do get it when i sleep good for about a week.

Is your flaccid unit firm, average or extremely soft and low hanging? I will way Firm 50% and 50% nice hang(avg)

How does your unit change, both flaccid and erect when taking breaks? I do notice its harder when erect.On the flaccid side,don’t see any changes really.

How does your unit respond (if at all) straight after PE and then later on in the day? (or the next day),When i do little more stretching i feel a weird feeling by the base of my penis and maybe a little high(this occurs after peing more.I do feel it the day after the session aswell.).After peing i do feel alot fuller(most of the time).

Nolove22, try this. I found that my dick responds well to switching something up in my routine while at the same time keeping some of it the same.

For example (this is what I did)
Week 1: 200 jelqs and an ADS for at least 4 hours (I also did 3 or 4 sets of “PC Lifts” I put a wet towel on the tip of my dick and lifted it till exhaustion. I do that every time I PE. 3 days on 2 off)
Week 2: 250 jelqs and ADS for at least 6 hours (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Week 3: 300 jelqs and ADS for at least 8 hours (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Week 4: 400 jelqs and ADS for at least 8 hours (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Week 5: 500 jelqs and ADS for at least 8 hours (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Week 6: 600 jelqs and ADS for at least 8 hours (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Month 2 - 200 jelqs -> Clamp sessions (3 @15 min) (PC lifts / 5 on 2 off)
Month 3 - Clamp sessions (3 @15 min w/ 50 jelqs between sets) (PC lifts / 5 on 2 off)
Month 4 - Clamp sessions (3 @15 min w/ 50 jelqs between sets) (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off)
Month 5 (beginning now) - Clamp sessions (3 @15 min w/ 50 jelqs between sets) (PC lifts / 3 on 2 off) ->ADS for 10 hours

Get the idea? Keep doing something that you know works, but switch up the way (or order) that you do it in. Maybe your dick won’t respond so well to the days on/off ratio that I use, but maybe it will. You’ll have to judge that. But like Sophomoric said, just take note of your PIs and let them lead you.

P.S. I personally find that clamping is the shit. My dick is like bulging bigger than I have ever seen it. But I think that jelqing for so long first made this possible. Maybe you can emulate at least that part of my routine?

Correction: In weeks 1-6 I just did 3 days of PE. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The rest were off days. I think that made a big difference and thought I should mention it.
