What should I do?

O.K., I’ve been reading up on PE’ing for some time now, but school and everything has made it real difficult to actually sit down and make a program. I’m almost 19, and am very well endowed according to what the averages seem to be… though I don’t find this to personally be true in my mind. I’m 7.25” bone pressed length and around a 5.5” erect girth. I haven’t PE’ed to any growth as of yet, but am very excited to embark on this process for my girlfriend, my own ego, and to prove my ability to start and finish a project. (I don’t seem to be very good at that so far, but then again, I’ve never done anything as important as supporting my sex life).

I’ve been reading in this forum for a few days and have been extremely impressed with the responses and accurate knowledge displayed. Great job guys. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere encouraging gains from others. This site is what I believe I need to motivate myself, and hopefully I can prove to be an inspiration for others like myself in the future.

In terms of what a workout plan should be like, well, I’m pretty much lost. I believe that stretching, jelqing, hanging, and some gripping will benefit both length and girth. It biologically makes sense with the human anatomy and cell reaction under prolonged stress that these results can be made.

My biggest question is in the pumping department. Should I take the time and money to learn and use this product? There seems to be a lot of skepticism on the actual effectiveness of this method of enlargement. Of course, this does not mean it never works, or that it always works. I simply want to know what you guys have experienced. Does it give lasting results? Does it take too much time? hmm…

The bib hanger sounds right for me, right? Not the bib starter… right? Are they even available?

When it comes to getting a bib hanger, yes, you can use the regular one. The problem is that for now they’ll only be for sale another 2 weeks, it’s too bad you have to rush your decision in buying one, but that’s how it is.

I dont get it. Your penis size is fine. Mine is barely 6 inches. I wish i were u then i wouldnt have to worry about this shit.

Start with the Newbie Routine linked from Teaser’s link above. That will get you into shape for whatever direction you want to go in. The first 2 months of jelqing/stretching are also about conditioning for further exercises.

From what I’ve read here a pumping/jelqing program seems to be effective. I suggest you read the pumpers forum and come to your own decision on the matter, maybe asking more specific questions as you read.

A lot of guys starting out bigger still use the starter but the recommended hanger would be the standard one. They are an expensive piece of kit if you end up not hanging and there are definately alternative solutions especially if you are gifted with the ability to use tools.

Thanks twatteaser. I will heed your advice along with what also was done by horsehung when it comes to performing manual exercises. I will start off light but nonetheless be dilligent. I can already see I am showing signs of obsession, much like horsehung had described, but thankfully for a different reason. (You stuck your neck out there man and did what you had to do for your sex life. You should be proud of yourself for overcoming a problem so many older men have to face. Most either simply accept their condition or take pills. You took the long way, but keep in mind that you have found a permanent panacea that prescriptions just cannot garuntee.) We will see how the exercises go.

However, I will purchase a Bib Hanger since they are only offering this well-backed item for a limited time. It seems to be the best of its kind; therefore, I will not be one to miss out and ignore so many voices who support Bib and his special design. Although I will have the Bib Hanger in my possession, I will hold off on using it as a workout tool at first and instead get used to finding a comfortable position. If the time should come that I would want to use it, I want to be proficient to start with.

I read the important newbie threads from ThunderSS which seemed to clear up alot of the important questions that I had.

Oh I do not know about the smart guy bit, but I do find PE to be fascinating. I want to learn what is necessary and help others if they need it. Everyone is so responsive to the needs of every single member. I cannot imagine what some would pay for this type of personalized attention and guidance. It is truly priceless for those who take advantage of this opportunity.

There is no such thing as a perfect penis since we all view things differently as men, not to mention the variation of what women think is a good penis size. Some girls think 6” is sufficient and that bigger is not what makes them “feel” better. A bigger turn off than a small membered guy is the guy who simply thinks he is a porn star and rams the girl into petrifiable pain. Most, and I say most, at least from my experience, do not want to be hurt in that way.

Keep your dignity even though you desire a larger size, because the size will come. It just seems in life that no matter what you decide to do, what is inside is what is needed to make the conditions right for the outside world to change. (In this case, your penis size.) Do not wait to feel good about yourself until you have a bigger penis. Instead, have faith and work hard with your head high. Nobody ever got anywhere that they had to work for without a dream coming from the inside. Keep that in mind and post your success.

I believe that you are right. I think that pumping/jelqing provides the right conditions for growth. Engorging the penis with blood from pumping and then forcing the blood between the cells by jelqing would seem to create enough tension for good quantifiable growth. What is even more important, in my opinion concerning this strategy, is that it would seem to promote an even growth throughout the entire structure of the penis.

Although this seems to be a good method, I will start off with manual exercises and add pumping to my jelq routine if I feel it is necessary in the future.

I did not know that. How encouraging that my gains may be more substantial due to this genetic edge that I have. I am only 18, so hopefully I may even get a bit more growth being the late bloomer that I am.

Thanks for the encouragment. I will start slow. Starting slow seems to be more beneficial for long term success from what I’ve read.
