What should I do and not do while doing PE to achieve the best results

I already know that pushing too much in the beginning can cause injury. But I also know that lack of dedication can also lead to no gains.

A buddy of mine who has been using Penis Extender and doing manual exercises for almost a year now, says he hasn’t gained anything. He’s searched countless videos on how to do everything properly and measured before and after, and his penis is the exact same size. What could he be doing wrong?

Any tips or advice on what to do, and what not to do from the guys with experience?

The most important thing is to listen to your body. Only you will know when you are using the right pressure.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

When you get your penis conditioned you should PE every day with no excuses.

Any number of thing. Or he could simply be one of those 0.1% of guys that do everything right and still don’t gain.

3. Experiment (don’t forget thing 2 though)
4. Stay consistent

Things not to do
1. Quit
2. Over-do it
