What routine is best for my goals
Hey all! I’ve been lurking on this site for a while, but just decided to introduce myself, come out and post.. I’ve seen it’s an amazing place, very supportive, informative.. I mean, a self-help and education community teaching ‘underground’ knowledge of how to solve one of the biggest problems in many men’s lives? It’s great!
I’m 18, live in California, and I just had sex for the first time recently (first time for both of us, that is). As great as the girl is, and as great as our relationship and sex life is, having vaginal sex for the first time was pretty disappointing.. Neither I, nor my girlfriend got much out of it.. We get a lot more out of oral and manual sex. She was very optimistic, saying it was bound to be a bit awkward the first time ‘round and we can figure out how to make things better.. I played at being optimistic as well, but couldn’t really hide the fact that it drug up some insecurities that hadn’t really been at the forefront of my mind for a while. At least some of the problem could be solved by increasing my penis size.. That would give both of us more stimulation, I think, and definitely help out mentally, for me, anyway.
I’ve never kept up a PE routine as regularly as I should, but that experience definitely motivated me to get serious!
My current BPEL is 6.2”, and my current girth is 4.3”. My goals are a BPEL of 7.5” and a girth of 6”.
Although I’ve never been 100% regular, I think I’m conditioned to the point that I need to go beyond the newbie routine. Does anyone have any recommendations for me, as to what routine or exercises would be best to reach my goals??
