What pressure when jelqing
Hi,
I’m new to trying this and am currently following the newbie routine.
The problem is that I can’t get it clear in my head how much pressure I should be using for jelqing. Most times I do this at the moment I get loads of red pin pricks. I appreciate this may be down to using too much pressure so here’s my question: How do you know you’re using the right amount of pressure? Can you give any tips on hitting the sweet spot between doing nothing as it’s too low and causing injury as it’s too high?
Any advice you can give would be much appreciated, I’m sick of these damn pin pricks but I don’t want to sink loads of time into under doing it and needlessly getting no gains.
