Hey,

I have been on the Newbie routine for about 3 months. My routine looks like the following:

5 min of hot wrap
5-10 min of manual stretching
10-15 min of jelqing
5 min of hot wrap + 50x 5 sec kegels.

What should I do now? Or should I just continue?

Are you making gains? If so I can tell you everyone will tell you to continue until no more gains are made.

I have made very minimal gains. Keeping in mind I have been going VERY light to prevent any injury. With 2 days on 1 day rest routine.
