Hello everyone.

I have been doing the basic routine for the past 2 months, I reached till 12-15 minutes of manual stretching and later 25 minutes of jelqs. I haven’t measured my gains yet, because I want to do so after at least 3,5-4 months of training. I do not know what to do next, what kind of training should I take. Could you guys gimme some advices, what kind of training should I undertake? I would be really grateful for some tips or so :p

Firstly, what are your goals? Length or girth?

I would measure to see if what you are doing is working, and if it is stick with it. Don’t fix what is not broken.

Aight Aight, will try to measure the gains (hopefully there are some) within 3 days. Also my goal is Lenght, girth is kinda decent (5,7”), but length is not the thing ;p

Girth is “kinda decent” at 5.7” !?!? Dude, you’re bigger than the vast majority of men!! You’re much bigger than “kinda decent”!

The girth is something close to 5.55” I guess, I miscalculated it by mistake from cm’s to inches :< the length lacks a lot, I mean I got same length as girth as I suppose. Also I did measure today, because I am kinda having a hangover and didnt feel like PE’ing today.

Had 5.4” 2 months ago (measured without pushing the ruler too much) and 6” measuring from bone (with like 0.2” “blank space” at the ruler, didn’t count that)

Now I am (if I did measure it correctly.) about 5.65” +/- 0.1” and about 6.3” from the bone. But I am not sure if the measurements were done right, will try to measure again in a week or so.

If the measurements were corrected, and I did gain those 0.25 inch or so within those 2 months, am I suppose to continue the training, extending it to 15-18 minutes of manual stretching and 30 minutes of jelqing, with 3-4 days on/1 off for next 3-4 months?

In my opinion, if you did gain with the current routine, you should stick with it for as long as the gains continue. You should measure at least once a month.

You can gradually increase session time as long as your PIs continue to improve or remain at their optimal level. When an increase in session time is followed by a deterioration of PIs, you should scale your routine back to the level at which the PIs were optimal.
