This thread was just about lifting too, it would follow logically that the greatly increased blood flow and circulation from exercising large parts of the body (like the quads and hamstrings) would create favorable conditions for PE, the hormonal effects notwithstanding - which were irrelevant in your experience, since you were on TRT.
A better comparison would be to take someone with your exact dimensions and demographics, put him on a lifting program the whole time he PEs and then you go without it the whole time while PEing. It probably helps a bit, and there’s no reason not to do it. The whole lifestyle, including the dietary stuff, is helpful as well.
