What muscles boost penis growth and erection quality

So let’s talk about muscles and how they effect the testosterone what muscle group is the best to train so it boosts the PE gains ?

There i have a site for all the muscles Muscular System - Muscles of the Human Body if you can tell me what muscles to train that will be more than perfect ! :D

Also i go to the gym 4 times per week and hit all big parts of the body i get vitamins,balanced diet and testosterone boosting natural foods and herbs ! I started week ago and so far i have improved flaccid size!

And the most important question is the Blood flow ? How to increase it ?

I believe studies show that big compound movements, most notably the squat (below parallel, don’t cheat !! ) and deadlift have a positive hormonal response.

You started PE a week ago and have grown 2 cm?

If he’s as enthusiastic with researching the hormonal particulars as his post suggests it’s not unbelievable to get that from improved EQ and a smart routine.

I’ve lifted heavy and been on testosterone replacement therapy. It didn’t add any length or girth.

Practicing safe PE made my dick grow. There are no shortcuts.

If you’re talking about increasing testosterone with exercises, then you just need to focus on legs. Its your biggest muscles in your body and would release the most testosterone if worked properly. But unfortunately, no exercise will help with penis length or girth except for decreasing your fat pad. Only PE will actually add volume.

Upper leg exercises seem to get the blood flowing in the groin area. To warm up on upper body days, will do several hundred rowing pulls being sure to get good extension and contraction of the legs. And on leg days will do a couple 100 rep sets of hack squats using body weight plus 175 pounds. By mid set for either exercise, can feel the groin area being engorged with blood. It’s a warm, soothing feeling. (Kind of offsets the burning in the leg muscles.) Not sure how much PE benefit, but it does seem to be a positive factor in erection quality. Wish you the best, and a lifetime of rock hard erections.

This thread was just about lifting too, it would follow logically that the greatly increased blood flow and circulation from exercising large parts of the body (like the quads and hamstrings) would create favorable conditions for PE, the hormonal effects notwithstanding - which were irrelevant in your experience, since you were on TRT.

A better comparison would be to take someone with your exact dimensions and demographics, put him on a lifting program the whole time he PEs and then you go without it the whole time while PEing. It probably helps a bit, and there’s no reason not to do it. The whole lifestyle, including the dietary stuff, is helpful as well.

The only muscles that directly supports our penis, either on growth or keeping its functions, is the heart and pelvic floor muscles. Being healthy and do our kegels is enough. Penis exercises will take care of the rest of the equation.

Everything else will help indirectly and on a very limited amount.

Almost forgot, the prick that coordinate all the mess: our brain. Be positive, patient and smart or everything crashes down.

Muscle training will help your overall health and might help testosterone(beware: Overtraining can drain testosterone).
If you are fit you will have possibly bigger erections as in EQ.
BUT it wont facilitate direct Penis growth as the receptors for Penis growth are not active anymore when you are out of Puberty.

Most of the “growth” we get comes from expanding the tissue. (some growth as in “adaption” to stimuli might play a part too)

Okay it’s my second week in the gym !And i think i didn’t gain any more than the normal but i lost some fat and my penis looks bigger when it’s flaccid also im really positive and i don’t feel tierd !
