What length breaks to take from PE and not lose gains?

Don’t think I’ve really made gains but would still like to know peoples thoughts.

One week, two, three?

I’m a bit over it at the moment and think a couple weeks off would be good. I’ve just taken a week off so far.

In a 3 week layoff you won’t lose any real gains. You may lose a tiny bit of ‘apparent gains’ from the extra elasticity your tissues have when on a routine, but those are not real, cemented gains. They will come back in a couple of sessions after you start again. I think a couple of weeks off every 6-8 weeks is good anyway.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Good question - I was planning to take a break after 3 months on the a newbie routine is up (in about another 3 weeks). I wasn’t sure how long to take off. This at least gives me some reference. Thanks!

Sta kool would you mind elaborating for me that your growth came when you were actually on a break . How long was the break and how soon would you see the new growth . And how long would you do PE between breaks. I’m not doubting you I believe you I’m still trying to figure out what will work best for me. I have a hard time not doing PE.
