Start, 14 Feb 11: BPEL 7,3", EGM 5,2".
Current, 25 Feb: 7,5" BPEL 5,2" EGM.
Goal: 8" NBPEL 6" EGM. To go: 1,5" Length, 0,8" Girth. - Going for lenght first.
When I purchased my bib-hanger, I also bought the gray theraband (I assume they come in different colors by thickness?). I preferred using ace bandages myself, so I never really used it though. Try a few different kinds of wraps and see which you like best.
