Hello guys,

I’m thinking to buy a ballstretcher in order to get rid of my turkey neck. I’ve searched on the Internet and I’ve found out that there are leather ballstretchers and ballstretchers of steel. What do you guys recommend? Anyone have experienced less turkey neck because of stretching the balls?

I’d be a little concerned about fertility consequences from using the ones that actually put a lot of weight on the testes to stretch the scrotum (similarly, I’m uneasy about ball pumping). Have you tried manually stretching the scrotal skin in the turkey-neck area for 5 or 10 minutes a day?

Yes, I sometimes do stretch the skin, but I’m curious how you can stretch, and wich part of the skin you must stretch in order to decrease turkey neck effect.

I was starting to get a turkey neck, it wasn’t bad, but it showed when stretching out my penis. After just a few weeks of using an ADS (For 6-12 hours per day, 6 days per week. I have nipped it in the bud. Nip it I see!)

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!

You can have a big scrotum and still have a turkey neck (and vice-versa), that’s pretty much what I have. So getting a bigger scrotum doesn’t really solve the problem although it might help a bit.

I think the best way to counter the turkey neck effect would be to stretch the shaft skin downwards (towards the base), while erect, so that the frenulum and foreskin gets stretched. The shaft skin on the underside of the shaft needs to be longer or at least be able to slide down further down towards the base. There is an exercise for this purpose, see below.

I know that stretching the skin is called as a good thing to prevent turkey neck. But there are several ways to stretch the skin. What is the purpose of the stretching in the link that you’ve sent?Are you just supposed to pull the skin of the shaft down as far as possible when erect?

In an other thread there’s said that you must stretch the skin between the glans and the ballsack of just the skin where the turkey neck is attached on the shaft on the underside.

I hope someone can give me a clear explanation of the good technique..
