What killed my ego. Why

Is it normal that after loosing much of semen the erection may not come again within few hours? I had this situation and after that no more sex was possible as far as my penis was not reacting to any stimulation. Is it the reason? Or I was just tired? ;-)

Even kegels failed but as I understand as long as the penis is flaccid they won’t change anything..

Any help or advice? :D

That period varies so much with the individual. For some guys, even a whole day is normal.

Is it normal then that I can’t get it up before having sex ? .. My girlfriend was on her bed totally naked and she told me she wanted to have sex right then and there (I had fantasized about that moment a lot of times) but when I wanted to pull him out to strap on my rubber I noticed that he wasn’t even slightly hard :s .. It happened to me before though but I hoped not that time .. Not the time ‘it’ was supposed to go down :( (2 times did this happen already when we were gonna do ‘it’) .. I felt so bad :( .. Is it normal? Yes, yes, yes, Damn It! :mad: And, there is nothing you can do about it…since sometimes your body and penis have a mind of their own.
It has been the ruin, and a constant cause of distress for men (and women, I’m sure) since the dawn of time! Yes, I was tired, but excited, anxious, and expecting an unforgettable, honeymoon night of “all night sex.” But, after my first orgasm, “he” died on me and nothing would wake “him” from his sleep! :/D So, that night certainly turned out to be “unforgettable”, but not the “unforgettable” one that I had imagined!
Don’t worry about it, unfortunately, it’s normal. But, hopefully, a normal thing that will not happen too often. :)

I can manage to keep it up after I come if I stay inside her and keep going. If you can manage to keep thrusting through the ‘post-come sensitivity’, then you can keep it hard and you might even come again after another continuous round, lol.
