What I've learned
Well I’ve been on here a while and I thought I’d share a few things that have been beneficial for me.
I started out at 6.5 BPEL and 4.75 mid shaft EG. I’m now 7.25 BPEL 7.5 if I measure along the upward curve although I guess that’s cheating. :) I’m now 5.0 EG mid shaft. I didn’t have any girth gains until the past year.
I haven’t done anything but jelqs and stretches. My EQ has always been extremely high, just lucky I guess.
I’ve done PE for a couple months on then up to a year off and never have really been that serious about it. I recently started again hoping to bump up to 7.5 and 5.25 possibly 5.5 just depending on how it goes. I think I can get the length easy but that is not my focus.
The biggest thing that I noticed is that initially I was doing jelqs with too high of a erection level, around 80%. It’s difficult to get an accurate description of the the erection level, but at what I would call 80% I wasn’t getting expansion. I am now jelqing at 50 to 60% and I have noticed a good difference. I was doing dry jelqs because of the mess with wet ones, but I recently discovered coconut oil. No clean up and smells good. Very slick as well. Wet jelqs have given me results unlike the dry ones. Did thousands of dry ones and no gains, possibly due to the high erection level.
I’ve done kegels as long as I can remember for some reason, don’t know why but I wasn’t holding them long enough to build up the muscle. After doing them for a month or so of holding them for 5 to 10 seconds my EQ is better than ever and actually a little scary. My wife said the other night after rubbing her butt “wow, you’re easily excited.” Yeah, more than ever.
I’ve cut out masturbating as well, it’s just not something I do any more and the sex is off the charts.
I’m uncut but “wore” my foreskin with the glans exposed for 15+ years and went though a little foreskin restoration via 0 rings and manual stretching as well. I’m on my way to getting it where I want it and the improvement in sensitivity was worth it. I’ve been doing this for 3 years now. I guess my foreskin was short. Not exactly sure. But yeah, my penis was turtled for a couple years, not at night and I perhaps lost some length. The length was easy to get back with in a couple weeks though.
I can’t tell you why I’m doing this because I don’t know, like a lot of you I guess. I can tell you it’s nice to have a legit two hand erection, good for the self confidence.
My routine has always been warm up with a rice sock, stretch for 5 to 10 minutes and then do some jelqs for about 10 to 20 minutes. That’s it, I guess it’s a less is more approach.
I drink a lot of water, take normal vitamins, try to eat healthy, and have minimal body fat.
So these are a few of the things I’ve done, I’ve gotten a little bigger but I’m not trying to go huge.
