What is this tension I feel and should I rest?
Some ten days ago when doing my PE workout on the second working day of the “two days on, one off” schedule, I started to notice that my penis didn’t fully recover from the previous session. Even with a moderate stretch I felt something in the tunica, I don’t know how to call it, it’s not pain, but it’s the feeling similar as using a muscle that hasn’t recovered from the workout in the gym. At first I didn’t realize what’s going on, so I continued with the “2 on 1 off” schedule. However, I read in several posts here that it’s essential to give my penis enough rest, and that another workout should wait until penis completely recovers from the previous one. So I took an additional rest day yesterday, and PEed today. If I feel this tension in the tunica again tomorrow (and, BTW, I don’t feel that tension unless I stretch the penis, I feel it only during the stretch), should I do my PEing or rest again until the feeling is gone?
