I view 7”nbp as long, and 8”nbp as huge.

5.5” eg is big, and 6” eg is huge.

Concerning girth gains, half an inch in girth above the average is a considerable amount.

Guys are getting size compliments also at around 6.5 X 5.25 … if a dick compliment is what you are looking for.

I agree with this.

I stARted at ~6.5 BP *5.4— at 5.75EG is got uniform comments from high mileage gals and Magnums became standard— when I was in full PE mode and sported 6EG I regularly got “huge” comments.

At 7BP I got ‘big’— at 7.5BP I got ‘long’

So would you tend to agree then that the threshold, if you will, for “bigness” is about 1.5 SD’s away from the mean? Just based roughly on the results of your most excellent size treatise which I view as a bit of a “bible” of size surveys.

Fantom, when talking about commonly used labels for size, such as “long” or “thick,” I think one has to take into account what kind of size differences are perceptually noticeable just as much as the rarity of particular sizes. I mean, if the SD for dick length were, say, 0.1” (and the average still the same), no one would really talk about “long” or “short” dicks, even if some dudes were 5 SDs from the mean (and thus total freaks of nature, statistically speaking), right?

I think that the 8x6 penis is universally considered “fucking huge” partly because of its rarity, but also because it is more than twice the volume of the average penis (and four times the volume of a really small penis, etc.). Dick volume varies pretty dramatically, and most of this variation is due to girth differences. In my opinion, anything over 5.5” EG is pretty damn noticeably “big,” even if the length is average.

I wish this was the case…I am currently 6 NBP x 5.8 EG. I’ve never been called “big” and I have been with a very good amount of women. The only compliment I’ve ever received is from my current gf who says I have a “fat dick”.

On topic, anything over 7NBP is long and over 6EG is thick.

Is your 5.8 girth uniform over the whole shaft, and are you sure you’re measuring correctly? If so, I can pretty well guarantee that the women you’ve been with have found it to be very thick, even if they have said nothing. Many women, especially less experienced ones, tend not to say anything in response to size, one way or the other. I’ve found that it’s the “high mileage” ones, as Andro said, who comment more often — and whose comments are more meaningful…

Yeah I’m pretty much even throughout the shaft, but I do have a much smaller head (never measured). I have measured several times and passed the toilet paper roll test which I can only get it over my head, not any further down the shaft. I’ve always been complimented greatly on my sexual skill but never on my penis really. Perhaps I have not been with many high mileage women outside of my current girlfriend who has had as many partners as I have. Anyways it doesn’t matter because I won’t stop PE until EVERY woman thinks I’m BIG :)

I understand, misterthickness. During my first several years of sexual activity, I also happened to run into a lot of women who never had any response to dick size. Just remember that when Magnum XL condoms fit you (as they should, if you are 5.8" in girth) and you are about as thick as most porn stars — men who everyone in our culture acknowledges as having "big dicks" — you have nothing to worry about in the size department. Keep PEing if you want a bigger dick, but don’t expect that everyone will start saying "WOW" like in a porn flick, even if you achieve an 8x6" NBP penis. :)

Am I the only one here who would like to derive a consensus on this based on percentiles?

From what I gather, we have 4 units of measurement that we want to figure out: Above Average, Big, Huge, Abnormal.

So, if 50% is about normal, and 100% is the largest. We would have 65% (Above Average), 75% (big), 88% (huge) and 98% (Abnormal). Plugging these values into our PE Statistics and applying them to a grade system, we get.
