What is the most effective routine

I am new and I was wondering what is the most effective routine?

I would suggest the newbie routine for starters.

Starting: 6.25" BPEL x 5" EG on or before Aug. 04/93.

Aug. 04/05. 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" EG. -- Lastest: 7.625" BPEL x 5.625" EG on Aug. 07/06.

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG or untill the little lady says ouch.

What is the newbie routine

Use the newbie routine for 3 months. If you aren’t continuing to get gains after that, then you can step it up a bit. Even then I wouldn’t be able to tell you what would work best for you, because what works well for somebody might do squat for someone else.

You should use the search function at the top right of the page. Type in “newbie routine”. That function will help you out a lot in the future.

What is a kegels

Kegel is when you flex your BC muscle.

Example, when you are peeing, the muscle you use to stop the pee from coming out is the BC. A reverse kegel is when you force your pee out.
