what is the most effective routine order?

Hello,

1. I have normally done my routine as follows: warm up, stretch, kegels, jelq-squeeze, jelq and then a warm down. Could I get some input on the most effective order of exercises for maximum gain?

2. Also I have a theory that constantly applied heat throughout the PE session yields greater gains than applied heat at the start and at the end, can anyone else confirm this?
